Mike Adams has founded 10 companies over the last 30 years including retail, distribution, business systems, services and e-commerce. Each company provided valuable insights into what it takes to make a company grow. From 1989 until today Mike has been researching the dynamics of applied leadership and business strategy relative to its effects on the nature of business. V3 Strategic Business Planning is a systematic methodology resulting from the combined experience and in depth understanding of how leadership and strategy impacts decision-making, business profits and growth.

Mike is a passionate person, passionate about people, ideas, business, music, leadership, learning new skills and seeing others grow. However, He is most passionate about using his strengths to help Entrepreneurs develop and grow their businesses to fit their vision. We have years of experience implementing business systems, improving processes and developing both brick and mortar and Ecommerce businesses from the ground up including sixteen companies of our own.
