Every executive has a different leadership style
influenced by his or her personal profile, experience and training How Our Coaching Process WorksOur coaching process is a three-step system. 1) The executives profile and leadership style is developed through a series of industry standard psychometric tests. This process helps both the coach and the executive understand the executives behavioral traits, personality, temperament, passions, strengths and talents. This profile is then used to help tailor the executive coaching program. 2) The executive or manager is shadowed for a period of time predetermined by both the subject and the coach. The coach records all behavioral issues and areas of the executives performance, which might be enhanced by further development of the executives strengths and talents. 3) A debriefing process is undertaken on a timely basis. In the debriefing the executive is given an honest evaluation of their positive and negative behavior skills and how they might more effectively use their personal talents and skills. Upon completion of the coaching process the executive is provided with a written evaluation of their coaching experience and recommendations for further enhancing their effectiveness in areas they have identified as critical to their success. |
