Executive Coaching

Training Executive | Training Leadership | Training Management

Executive coaching helps executives and managers make positive behavioral changes. We all develop good and bad habits in the course of personal growth. The coaching process is meant to assist the executive in weeding out unproductive or undesirable behaviors that may or may not be known to the recipient of the coaching process. At Emerald we believe there is another dimension to executive coaching, which is of great benefit. Not only do we help weed out behavioral undesirable behaviors, we strive to assist the executive or manager in development of their strengths and talents and to take advantage of their personal leadership style.

Call us today for a no obligation review of how we can help you become a more effective executive (619)985-0799.

Our executive coaching techniques are designed around three basic premises:

1. Every executive has a different leadership style influenced by his or her personal profile, experience and training
2. The executive or manager must be on board with the coaching process and expect to benefit from the experience
3. There must be an effective, honest and through feedback process, which is private and only shared with the executive.

How Our Coaching Process Works

Our coaching process is a three-step system. 1) The executives profile and leadership style is developed through a series of industry standard psychometric tests. This process helps both the coach and the executive understand the executives behavioral traits, personality, temperament, passions, strengths and talents. This profile is then used to help tailor the executive coaching program. 2) The executive or manager is shadowed for a period of time predetermined by both the subject and the coach. The coach records all behavioral issues and areas of the executives performance, which might be enhanced by further development of the executives strengths and talents. 3) A debriefing process is undertaken on a timely basis. In the debriefing the executive is given an honest evaluation of their positive and negative behavior skills and how they might more effectively use their personal talents and skills.

Upon completion of the coaching process the executive is provided with a written evaluation of their coaching experience and recommendations for further enhancing their effectiveness in areas they have identified as critical to their success.
